Job Title: User Experience Designer Description: At Zeus Jones every new project brings unique challenges and opportunities. We are looking for a User Experience expert who is obsessed with minor details of user interfaces, bleeds usability, and is a champion of the end user. We are seeking an individual whose primary experience is in Interactive applications and projects, however any experience or product design expertise would be valued as well. Ultimately, the people we hire at Zeus Jones are unrestrained and undaunted by their job titles or descriptions. People whose actions speak louder than their words. That being said, here is a rough outline of skills and experience that we think a qualified individual would possess: Required Experience: Experience developing user flows and scenarios for applications and websites Experience conducting usability analysis and testing Experience developing wireframes, site map and process flow documents for websites Proficiency with Visio or Omni Graffle, and Illustrator Understand web technologies including Flash, HTML, etc. Additional Desired Experience: Experience working with mobile platforms, kiosks, interactive installations, and web applications Experience running/setting up a usability lab General Responsibilities: Owning usability and interaction design for all projects Partnering with internal interactive designers and team members to create interfaces Communicating extensively with clients and internal teams during projects to keep them informed and up to speed on project developments Helping to manage freelance resources Creating wireframes, site maps and process flows Enjoying and sharing music that doesn't suck Contact Info: Please send all responses and inquiries to eric.frost@zeusjones.com.
