		<description>Agreed- It&#039;s all about injecting the little details that makes an experience or interaction exceptional, or, most importantly, authentic. Those nuggets are hard for people to acknowledge or describe (and often don&#039;t come out in typical research), but they are  definitely part of everyone&#039;s cognitive experiences. It&#039;s something that only comes with careful observation AND execution of detail--in the anthropological or ethnographical sense, IMO.</description>
