Think this post resonates well with Seth&#039;s book The Dip. &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Based on this insight I believe it&#039;s essential for agencies to have a good idea of who their &#039;product picker&#039; is on a project. Just like in tech companies, the person that isn&#039;t actively making, designing or programming the product but is judging it based on how much it will blow the user (or client) away.</description>
