As a result we need to constantly review and adapt ourselves. More so than anytime before. &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;I have my own experience of working with planners who are still stuck in the past and remain inflexible or simply ignore engagement in writing an affective creative brief. Instead they try and &#039;shoe horn&#039; it in somewhere, if at all. This sparked me to outline and re-define what it is we actually do here, surely the time is right to call it an experience brief?</description>
