Zeus Jones believes brands are defined by what they do, not what they say. Modern brands are guided by purpose and built on experiences. We built a company to see just what would happen if an agency infused this model into everything from product development to design to strategy. We think our case studies speak for themselves.

Cam @ ChaosScenerio posted a good question: does Apple punish early adopters?
try not to think about how you could have saved the money and picked up an 8 gb video ipod nano for $150
Adrian
I also posted about this a week ago. I mistakenly assumed Apple would punish me by innovating not by dropping the price. From their standpoint it’s a smart, market-opening move. On reflection, with a few hours behind me, I now think they’re complete dumb-asses. This is already backfiring.
I’m not thinking about the nano. I’m thinking I could have bought a Zune for $199.

yeah, I think planned obsolescence is becoming more common for Apple and others.
the market didn’t like the latest announcements with the stop dropping about 5% today.
somebody with a spreadsheet probably calculated that in order to get the adoption and market penetration they wanted, maybe to live up to the goal established with AT&T, the new price for the 8 gb model would need to be $399.

Designer next to me just got a $100 rebate in his inbox for buying iPhone when it came out.
